Sales Associate Responsibilities
The Sales Associate position
may be either full time or part time. This person assists the Sales
Manager to operate the storage facility on a daily basis. We provide an
environment where entrepreneurial minded individuals can prosper and
advance.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Aggressively market and lease storage spaces.
• Promote the sale of boxes, locks and moving supplies.
• Support the Sales Manager by learning and assisting in the daily
operations of the storage facility as requested and assuming
responsibility during the Sales Manager’s absence. Strive for seamless
daily operations.
• Maintain excellent facility appearance and cleanliness.
• Maintain customer and computer records.
• Debt collection activities.
• Minor maintenance and janitorial tasks as directed.
• Nurture and enhance SIMI’s positive image and relationship with the
property owner and the public.
• Assume responsibility upon request that may occasionally require
response to after hours issues or other situations as needed on a 24/7
basis.
• Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
